Prayers Needed for a Mom and her family

My friend Amanda, The Family News, shared a post about a mom who is fighting for her life as well as her babies life. She is pregnant and facing so many challenges right now. Her baby has heart failure and she is having difficulty herself. Please pray for this family. Mom, Dad, two brothers, and one sister. God is the only one who can take care of them right now.

Date is Set

I have picked our place and reserved the date. After spending the last couple of weeks looking and worrying about a place that would be special enough to have our closest friends and family watch as we become one, I've finally made a choice.

On March 28, 2009, Mark and I will be married at the Davenport in Greer SC. I am so excited I can't spend a day without looking and speaking of the things that I would like done that day. We plan to have a wonderful celebration after we say our vows so we hope that you ALL will be there.

I have to say that my favorite part is when the Minister announces the new couple to everyone that has come. I don't really know why that is my favorite, but it is. I guess it is the thing of hearing for the first time that you have taken his name and now you are one. I get cold chills just thinking about it.

Fountain Jet--Visit "What's On Mommy's Mind"

Head over to the blog What's on Mommy's Mind and check out her new Soda Club Fountain Jet. It is the coolest thing. you can make your own soda. I love the idea. Not only does it save on money because Mark thinks that Pepsi runs out of the tap it gives you lots of options and you can make one cup at a time. Maybe we can bring it to the wedding reception and everyone can make their own drinks. LOL!!

Guys drum role please.......................................We have a date.............................March 28, 2009. You must know there are so many more details to come, including the location, but unless the place we decide is booked for that date that is when it will be. If anyone is willing to keep Addy just let me know. LOL....It will be a very small ceremony, but we plan to celebrate big time afterwards. Hope to see some of you there.
